Sam: -Chuckles- You better make time. This is important.
Dwight: -Sighs as he looks at his boss before mouthing- Family. -He then walks away when he sees him nod- I only have a few minutes.
Sam: -Smiles- You better have days saved for a holiday. Because we have some news.
Dwight: What, is it opening night already?
Sam: Something better.
Quinn: Hi Dwight.
Dwight: Oh Quinn, how are you feeling?
Quinn: Really happy right now after what just happened.
Dwight: Okay, what is happening...
Sam: Grandpa.
Dwight: What?
Sam: Dad, you are a grandfather again.
Dwight: I beg your pardon?
Sam: Quinn just gave birth.
Dwight: Oh my god, congratulations. Did you tell your mom yet?
Sams: She is next.
