Sam: -Walks into the studio to hear Celine singing-
Celine: -Looks at her husband as she sings some updates-
Rene: -Smiles at her when she sees her say cut-
Celine: -Sees Sam and smiles-
Sam: -Walks in behind Rene- Sorry if I am disturbing.
Rene: Of course not. I thought you were with your wife?
Sam: Uhm, she is relaxing with her mom, movies.
Celine: Doesn't she want you there?
Sam: These movies are not my style. But uhm, I was just thinking about something earlier.
Celine: What's wrong?
Sam: I was wondering if I could do some solo versions of our songs ahead of time in case my wife can't make it. That way we can also have that to dance to, my version.
Celine: That's smart.
Sam: -Looks at Marley and Ryder as they practice a bit-
Celine: They are good together.
Sam: -Smiles- Yes, they really are. I was their coach.
Celine: Right, you were one of the coaches. You all look so similar in age to me.
Sam: I am 21 actually. They just got out of high school.
Celine: -Turns to look at him- 21, married and with a daughter?
Sam: It's complicated. And that was excluded from the story for a reason.
Celine: Okay. But do mind if I ask what told you she was the one.
Sam: I actually knew 6 weeks into our relationship. She was nervous but hey, look at us 5 years later. Actually, our engagement anniversary just came up.
Celine: Congratulations.
Sam: We didn't get married until this year though. Wanted to take our time and wait.
Celine: -Smiles-
Sam: I always wondered what kept you marriage so strong through everything. Think maybe we can talk sometime? Recently, we have been going through hard times and I just want a woman's perspective on whether or not I am doing things right.
Celine: -Chuckles- Of course. But let me just say you are already a good husband for asking that. I know many friends tell me that their husbands just do what they think it right and they don't take any other perspectives. So of course.
Sam: Maybe after you are done recording?
Celine: Of course. -Smiles at Sam-
Sam: See you then. -Turns around and walks away, hoping to keep this a secret from Quinn for now-
